The CO called the meeting to order at 10:10 AM. There were 42 members and guests in attendance.

The following occurred:

> Guests and new members were introduced.

> Ron gave a recap of the October meeting with Col John Blyth.

> Ron thanked Kent Johnson and Bob Hill for their particular help with the John Blyth presentation.

> We briefly recapped the season's flying activities.

> Fred mentioned the Christmas dinner party, that he was accepting 2014 dues, and that Reno tickets were still available.

> Dave reminded folks he was looking for Oshkosh attendees to share a rental house.

> Paul reported the promotion of two marshallers and awarded orange marshalling vests to Bob Brahm and Gary Shipler.

> Fred reported to the membership that the Board had recently recommended an amendment to the bylaws that the number of Class II directors be reduced from ten (10) to eight (8). Motion and second to ratify the board's recommendation; motion passed overwhelmingly.

> In recent years we have used the bulk of our November member meeting to hear the recaps of our veterans' military stories. Today we heard from the 18 veterans in attendance, the oldest being Dave Toomey, WWII P-38 photo recon pilot.


There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 12:30 PM.
